Job Description

Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage Work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)

Qualifications

General requirements: At least an intermediate skill level of English Likely having 2+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies Familiar with the Agile development methodologies Able to perform tasks under high pressure Technical requirements: Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process Experience on testing for API and web applications, mobile is a plus Good experience in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.) Experience in running automated test cases by using frameworks such as Selenium/Playwright, etc. Good coding skills of C#/Java/Javascript/Python or other programming languages Experience on using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, etc. Nice to have: Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data) Additional Information
