We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and handle a wide range of tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

What You'll Do

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages with professionalism Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents Assist with personal errands, administrative tasks, and special projects Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters What We're Looking For 2–5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking Experience coordinating international travel or managing complex schedules Why Worthwhile?
