We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns for the events and ticketing industry. This is a part-time freelance opportunity requiring approximately 1 hour per day, ideal for someone experienced in scaling campaigns for events, nightlife, festivals, concerts, ticket sales, or entertainment brands. Tasks

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize Meta & TikTok ad campaigns Create high-converting campaign structures focused on ticket sales and ROAS Monitor daily performance and continuously improve KPIs Retarget website visitors and build conversion funnels Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies Work closely with the team to align campaigns with upcoming events and launches Provide quick reporting and performance insights

Requirements

Requirements Proven experience managing Meta & TikTok Ads for: Events Ticket sales Festivals / nightlife / entertainment High-conversion e-commerce or lead generation campaigns Strong understanding of: Pixel tracking Conversion optimization Retargeting Scaling winning campaigns Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach Experience with creative testing and viral TikTok-style ads is a strong plus
