We’re Body & Soul Studios, a luxury portrait studio in London. We create custom artwork that women keep for generations. We’ve already guided more than 1,900 women through one of the most confidence‑shifting experiences of their lives, and we’re just getting started. Over the next few years, we plan to open studios in dozens of cities and reach hundreds of thousands of women worldwide. The operations infrastructure you help build will scale with all of it. Who This Is For You’ve spent 2–3+ years in serious operations or admin (not generic VA task work) You are detail‑obsessed and proud of clean, accurate systems You already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as your default working layer, not a novelty You care more about getting it right than “moving fast and fixing later” You enjoy both running processes and improving them You want a long‑term senior IC seat, not a stepping stone into “strategy by month two”

A long‑term senior IC seat inside a fast‑growing luxury brand Direct access to an AI‑first founder on systems and automation projects Real ownership of systems that scale with a global business Clear KPIs and regular feedback so you always know where you stand The chance to develop skills that will matter for the rest of your career, inside a business where precision and judgment are genuinely valued What We Expect From You Core responsibilities Artwork & album ordering Manage in‑studio inventory systems and ordering CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel & ClickUp Vendor relationship management Operations & systems (AI‑first) Results Source, order and track custom artwork and albums with zero errors and zero delays Maintain accurate inventory records and eliminate preventable stockouts Perform daily CRM cleaning in GoHighLevel and ClickUp, with clean handovers to the UK team Use AI to work faster and more accurately, and verify manually where it matters Follow SOPs precisely and improve them over time Requirements 2–3+ years in serious operations or admin (not generic VA task work) Strong experience with tools like GoHighLevel and ClickUp Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills (formulas, data cleaning, tracking) Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in day‑to‑day work Excellent written and spoken English Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace Available for UK‑aligned hours, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
Compensation
Base salary: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000/month, depending on demonstrated AI‑ops capability 13th month pay included HMO after probation Salary review every 6 months Full time, remote (Philippines), UK‑aligned hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT) How To Apply Click “Apply” and complete the short application form.
