What we're looking for We're looking to engage a Social & AI Content Creator to drive high-volume, culture-native content execution across Duelbits' social, creator, and partnership ecosystem. This role combines reactive social content, creator collaboration, AI-powered production workflows, and audience growth across owned and partner-led channels. You'll operate at the centre of internet culture, translating sports moments, crypto trends, partnerships, product launches, and online conversation into platform-native content that drives engagement, reach, and brand relevance. This is a fast-moving, execution-focused role requiring someone deeply plugged into social platforms, creator ecosystems, AI tooling, and crypto-native audiences. What you'll be doing Social Content & Creative Execution Create and deliver short-form and mid-form content across social, paid, partnership, and community channels. Produce reactive content around crypto, sports, betting, gaming, internet culture, and real-time moments. Develop platform-native content across X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Kick, and emerging channels. Produce video, motion, statics, memes, clips, social cards, and fast-turn creative aligned with the Duelbits brand. Translate partnerships, sponsorships, ambassadors, and product launches into engaging, shareable content. Support content production for Duelbits Predict and major live events. Creator, Partner & Affiliate Management Source, onboard, brief, and manage creators, streamers, influencers, KOLs, and affiliates across multiple platforms. Coordinate creator-led content and partnership activations aligned with growth and engagement objectives. Support commercial relationships including referral codes, revenue-share arrangements, and creator collaborations. Monitor creator performance, audience engagement, and content quality across the network. Identify opportunities to expand the creator ecosystem and strengthen community reach. AI-Driven Workflow & Innovation Leverage AI tools across concepting, scripting, editing, motion, effects, asset creation, reporting, and workflow optimisation. Use AI-assisted production methods to accelerate content execution and experimentation. Stay current on emerging AI creative tools, platform trends, and evolving content formats. Continuously test new workflows, formats, and production approaches to improve output quality and speed. Growth, Engagement & Social Planning Contribute to audience growth, engagement, and acquisition initiatives across social and creator-led channels. Collaborate on social calendars, campaign planning, and platform strategies aligned with commercial priorities. Deliver timely and reactive content responses to trends, sports events, crypto movements, and cultural moments. Coordinate with Community, CRM, Growth, Partnerships, and Brand teams to align content distribution and amplification. Performance, Reporting & Optimisation Track content performance across engagement, reach, growth, creator contribution, and audience interaction metrics. Monitor creator and partner activity to refine strategy and improve performance outcomes. Provide structured reporting and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing optimisation of social, creator, and content workflows. What you bring Core Capability 2+ years of experience creating social-first content across digital platforms. Deep understanding of crypto culture, gaming, sports betting, creator ecosystems, and internet-native content. Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Higgsfield, Lovable, Mitte, Runway, and similar) for content generation, editing, scripting, motion, effects, or workflow acceleration. Strong video editing and multi-format content production capability. Experience managing creators, influencers, streamers, or affiliate-style partnerships. Ability to produce platform-native content tailored to different audiences and channels. Strong creative judgement combined with fast execution and reactive thinking. High attention to detail across typography, pacing, grading, timing, and sound. Ability to operate autonomously within fast-moving, remote environments. Advantageous Experience Experience within iGaming, sportsbook, casino, crypto, or Web3 environments. Exposure to sports partnerships, ambassador campaigns, or creator-led activations. Experience with motion design and animation workflows. Portfolio experience including reactive, meme-format, and fast-turnaround content.
