PACE Supply is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager / Outside Sales professional to join our Twin Falls, Idaho Plumbing Division. This role involves managing a portfolio of established clients, fostering long-term customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the Twin Falls and surrounding areas.The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering value to customers by leveraging deep product expertise, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Expand sales by building strong relationships with key stakeholders at PACE Supply and within assigned accounts, adding value through competitive pricing, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Customer Partnerships: Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with customers in the assigned territory while proactively seeking opportunities to engage and onboard new clients. Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market conditions, trends, and customer needs to inform strategy and strengthen relationships. Collaboration: Partner with management, branch employees, and peers to establish a network of support and drive mutual success. Responsibilities

Customer Facing Sales Calls Calls on assigned customer list with regular intervals Articulates the organization’s value proposition (selling PACE Supply’s value proposition) Educates customers on how to differentiate from competitors and assists customers in their purchasing decisions Knows the value of building relationships and views this as a critical part of their success Manges time and schedules to be able to best serve customers Regularly follows new leads and establishing new accounts/customers Relays market conditions and information in sales meetings and to sales management Sales Planning / Execution Yearly / Monthly / Sales Planning Cold calling new prospects Execution of sales initaitves Job tracking / Market awareness Weekly call plannig Reviewing previous sales numbers Customer Focus/Managing Work Follows up on all job quotes for customers Maintains regular communications with internal divisions and look for opportunites for cross-divisional selling Upkeep of customer pricing and communication of same. Notifies customer of all product price increases Escalates customers needs as required (looking after the needs of the customer) Identifies market specific product needs and price points and communicates information internally Manages communication between customer and our vendor partners Effective management of internal and external customer relationships

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, some college course work preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum experience 3 years' in the plumbing industry, idealy 5 years' experience with 2 years of inside plumbing sales Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
