Your role As a Mobile Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers working on both iOS and Android platforms. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality mobile solutions for our clients. In this role you will play a key role in: Leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and career development support Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Overseeing the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices Your profile 4+ years of experience in mobile application development Proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C/SWIFT UI) Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java/Retrofit/Jetpack compose) Experience leading development teams and managing project deliverables Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile applications with backend services What you will love Empowered Careers with Purpose: Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
