The Jean School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Saint Anselm College, a Roman Catholic liberal arts institution in the Benedictine tradition located in Manchester, NH, invites applications for a part-time faculty position to begin August 2026. The successful candidate will teach Health Care Operations of Organizations in the MSN in Nursing Leadership and Innovation program. The faculty member will deliver high-quality graduate nursing instruction and support student learning through teaching, assessment, and academic engagement. Instruction will occur in the online format. Responsibilities include course development aligned with program outcomes, evaluation of student performance, and fostering an engaging, supportive learning environment. Preferred Expertise We seek candidates with practice experience in healthcare operations, including systems leadership, care delivery models, or organizational management. Experience integrating operational strategy with clinical practice is strongly desired. Additional Responsibilities When available, participate in program meetings and continuous quality improvement Adhere to accreditation and regulatory standards

Qualifications

DNP, PhD, or nursing related doctoral degree required Current RN licensure (if applicable) Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience Graduate teaching experience Demonstrated effectiveness in online instruction Application Process Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching ability, and academic transcripts to the attention of Dr. Courtney Coffey, Director, Graduate Nursing Programs via the college website.
