Responsibilities
In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimally 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others. Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. \n₱30,000 - ₱40,000 a month \n Apply To This Job
