Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems. This role is responsible for ensuring employee data accuracy, supporting HR processes, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with reporting and system enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience through reliable HR technology. Duties and Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration of HR systems, including employee onboarding, data changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR platforms. Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and routine audits. Support system configurations, workflow routing, and user access management. Troubleshoot HR system issues and respond to inquiries from HR teams, managers, and employees. Execute bulk data uploads and updates while ensuring data integrity. Monitor HRIS workflows, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems. Document processes, audit findings, and system changes. Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role. Experience with HR platforms such as UKG Pro, ADP or Costpoint. Experience conducting HR data audits and maintaining data quality. Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions. Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations. Required Skills: Experience supporting HR systems and employee data management. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new HR technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
