What You'll Do: Perform residential and/or commercial Texas title searches and examinations. Review deeds, mortgages, judgments, tax records, probate filings, and other public records. Analyze chains of title and identify title defects, requirements, and exceptions. Prepare accurate title commitments, reports, and supporting documentation. Research and resolve title issues, curative matters, and underwriting requirements. Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding title findings and requirements. Maintain production goals while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of Texas title search and examination experience REQUIRED. Proficiency with TitleData. Strong understanding of Texas real estate and title insurance practices. Ability to interpret legal descriptions, recorded documents, and title-related records. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Experience with curative processes and underwriting requirements. Experience with SoftPro and/or Integrity title plant is preferred.
