Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional CFO/CEO/COO – Channel Partner focused on growing distribution of Impact Health Sharing through strategic partnerships. The Channel Partner will identify, engage, and manage relationships with financial professionals, benefits advisors, small-business influencers, and other referral partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing partner channels, designing and refining revenue models, reviewing key financial and performance metrics, and advising on pricing and compensation strategies. The role will also involve supporting strategic planning, building scalable operating processes, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to drive education and adoption of Impact Health Sharing solutions. This position is ideal for leaders who want to leverage executive-level finance and operations experience while contributing to a mission-driven healthcare alternative.

Qualifications

  • Strong finance foundation, including experience in Finance and Financial Planning to support channel strategy, pricing, and long-term growth models.
  • Ability to interpret and manage Financial Statements and conduct Financial Reporting to provide clear insight to leadership and channel partners.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess partner performance, optimize compensation structures, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proven experience in executive or fractional leadership roles (CFO, CEO, COO) in growth-stage or channel-driven organizations.
  • Background in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence and support partners in a consultative, education-focused model.
  • Comfort working in a remote, results-oriented environment with the ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is a plus.
