🚛 Sales Representative – Truck Dispatch Onboarding (Long-Term Opportunity)
We are looking for 5 experienced Sales Representative to join our Onboarding Business Development team. Your primary role will be to connect with trucking company owner-operators and successfully onboard them to our dispatch services. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Call and engage with small to medium-sized trucking companies Pitch and explain our dispatch services clearly Build trust and convert leads into onboarded clients Coordinate with the dispatch team after onboarding 🔹 What We Provide Leads with verified phone numbers Dialer access Training (if required) Ongoing support from the team 🔹 Requirements Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or dispatch onboarding (preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and close deals Self-motivated and target-driven 💰 Compensation $100 per onboarded client (after they complete a minimum of 3 paid loads) + 10% bonus on dispatch fee for the first 5 loads ⏳ Job Type Long-term opportunity with growth potential If you’re confident in your sales skills and understand the trucking/dispatch industry, we’d love to hear from you!
