Accounts Receivable Specialist I, Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
- Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials
- Support departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory tracking
- Utilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles
- Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portals
