Systems Engineer (Simulation & Training) – Early Career

They are seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer for Simulation and Training Products, responsible for supporting advanced combat systems and applying systems engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Experience and/or knowledge of systems engineering principles and system integration and test
- Foundation in systems engineering principles, including requirements allocation, system integration and test or Linux/Unix based real-time systems
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java and/or C++/C
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Foundation in systems engineering principles, including requirements allocation, system integration and test or Linux/Unix based real-time systems
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java and/or C++/C
- Must be a US Citizen
- This position will require a government security clearance
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access
- Knowledge of Model-Based Engineering, Model-Driven Architecture, and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- Experience with system integration and testing associated with software requirements verification and software system regression
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with UNIX and/or LINUX
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
