[Remote] Remote Technical Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. teleNetwork is seeking Entry Level Technical Support Representatives for a 100% work-from-home opportunity. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting assistance to residential and business customers, addressing issues such as slow internet speeds and outages.
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for residential and/or business customers
- Helping them overcome issues like slow internet speeds, outages, and email support
Skills
- Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 11
- USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
- Direct Ethernet connection preferred
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions, research and utilize resources, and adapt to changes in procedures
- Authenticator apps required (smartphone or tablet with specific OS requirements)
- Spanish bilinguals encouraged to apply
- Direct Ethernet connection preferred
- More than one monitor will make things easier
- Internet speeds ideally less than 100ms ping and jitter
