Service Coordinator
Henry Schein Canada is a health solutions company that supports dental and medical practitioners. The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting day-to-day service operations, acting as a point of contact for technicians and managing warranty claims and orders.
Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day service operations by being a point of contact for technicians and branches across the company
- Handling incoming calls from technicians to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting
- Managing warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by working directly with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals, accurate processing, and proper follow-up
Skills
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
- One to two years' experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior IFS, Astea or JDE experience
