They are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultants to connect with customers, coordinate appointments, and support the customer journey with personalized hearing care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads with a goal of understanding each customer's unique needs and guiding them toward personalized hearing care solutions
- Schedule appointments between customers and our network of partner providers
- Guide customers through their 45-day trial period, ensuring complete satisfaction with their devices
Skills
- Great Empathy: A natural ability to understand and connect with customers
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven success in phone sales with an emphasis on empathy and solution-driven approaches
- Growth Mindset: Strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve
- Ability to Multi-task: You're organized and able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous
- Commitment to 90-day Training: We provide live, comprehensive training to set you up for success and commission offered from the start!
- Reliable Network Connectivity: You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps
