About Eleva Ease Eleva Ease is a woman-owned marketing and business solutions company working with a wide range of clients, from mortgage loan officers to cleaning companies, local service-based businesses, and local non-profits. We currently have a backlog of new website builds, plus ongoing graphics, social media, and content projects. We are looking for someone who can jump into real work quickly and help us deliver polished, on-brand marketing that enhances visibility, drives engagement, and supports client growth. The Role We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented 1099 Marketing Coordinator who is just as comfortable inside a website builder as they are crafting an engaging LinkedIn post. This role blends web work, content creation, basic analytics, and client-focused marketing support across multiple channels.

  • You will:
  • Build and update websites in WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix (new sites, not just minor tweaks)
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content (especially LinkedIn, plus Facebook and Instagram)
  • Write clear, compelling copy that fits each client’s brand voice and target audience
  • Design simple, clean graphics for social media and web (Canva or similar tools are fine)
  • Help develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (web, social, email, occasionally print)
  • Use basic analytics (social insights, Google Analytics or similar) to see what is working and make practical recommendations
  • Support marketing strategy for small and mid-sized businesses (topics, campaigns, funnels, messaging)
  • Do light video editing for short-form content such as reels, stories, or simple clips
  • Communicate clearly with the Eleva Ease team and, at times, directly with clients to keep projects moving

This role starts at a few hours per week with a flat rate of $700 per month, with the possibility of increased hours and responsibility for the right candidate. What You Need To Know / Skills

  • We are specifically looking for someone who has:
  • Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix
  • Social Media Marketing experience (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Strong copywriting skills for social posts, simple web copy, and basic email content
  • Graphic design skills for simple, scroll-stopping social and web graphics
  • Basic SEO awareness (on-page best practices, headings, metadata, etc.)
  • Comfort with analytics tools (social insights, Google Analytics or similar) to inform decisions
  • Experience with video editing software for simple marketing videos
  • Practical marketing strategy understanding at the small-business level
  • Solid client relations skills, including professional communication and managing expectations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects independently in a remote setting
  • Comfort working in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Slack for communication and file sharing

  • This is a 1099 contractor role:
  • You are not eligible for employee benefits through Eleva Ease
  • Our W2 staff receive tech stipends and some bonuses; this contractor role does not include those perks
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and workspace

While this is part time to start, it can grow into more for the right person as our client base and project load continue to expand.
