Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Portfolio Management: Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and release of arenaflex Business License Services, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Customer Relationship Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building trusted advisor relationships and acting as the voice of the customer within arenaflex.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues proactively, employing structured problem‑solving techniques and escalation protocols.
- Resource & Schedule Planning: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones, ensuring transparent communication with all parties.
- Scope & Change Management: Balance scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high quality, and manage change requests through documented processes.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced Excel and data analysis skills to track performance metrics, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Post‑Sales Lifecycle Management: Guide customers through renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities, championing product enhancements and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, business, management, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of consultative customer service, account management, or licensing‑focused project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and a reliable remote‑work setup.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- 5+ years of consultative customer service or account management experience, preferably within the licensing or compliance domain.
- Hands‑on familiarity with arenaflex business practices, processes, products, and services.
- Solid understanding of project management standards (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and the ability to apply them in a hybrid environment.
- Experience communicating with government agencies, partner representatives, and senior client executives.
