Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and continuously improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across endpoints, network, and cloud environments.
  • Conduct regular audits of DLP alerts, investigate incidents, and implement remediation actions to mitigate risk.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business units to design secure data handling workflows and provide guidance on encryption, tokenization, and data classification.
  • Lead the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new security features, including AI‑driven detection, regex‑based rules, and fingerprinting techniques.
  • Partner with Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) teams to enforce data protection controls in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Perform risk assessments for new applications and services, recommending security controls that balance usability with protection.
  • Educate non‑technical stakeholders on data security concepts, translating complex technical details into clear business language.
  • Document incident response processes, create knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the broader arenaflex security program by participating in cross‑functional projects, threat‑hunting exercises, and compliance audits.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with DLP technologies, including rule creation, policy tuning, and incident response.
  • Proven experience designing and automating security controls for cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Solid understanding of data lifecycle concepts: data in motion, data at rest, and data in use.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, and the ability to apply them to real‑world scenarios.
  • Experience managing security solutions in Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret security logs, identify false positives, and fine‑tune detection mechanisms.
