Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics Leadership: Lead the strategic analysis of arenaflex credit metrics, credit loss provisioning, and reserve modeling for senior leadership in Risk and Finance.
• Data Asset Ownership: Own the integrity, reliability, and accessibility of critical data assets within Risk Finance; act as the subject‑matter expert for data tools, troubleshooting issues, reconciling results, and identifying automation opportunities.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain both standard and ad‑hoc reports and interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) that serve internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Insight Delivery: Produce and present high‑impact analyses and recommendations to senior management, translating complex statistical findings into clear business actions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships across Risk Finance portfolio teams, as well as with partners in Risk, Controllership, Technology, and Business Operations.

Essential Qualifications
