  • Design, develop, and present comprehensive reports on ongoing data remediation efforts, highlighting trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive the creation and enhancement of new data pipelines, ensuring robust design, scalability, and alignment with emerging business requirements.
  • Serve as the communication hub for internal and external teams, guaranteeing clear, timely updates on data‑related incidents and resolutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement by conceptualizing innovative processes, tools, and dashboards that elevate data quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of operational standards, ensuring that all initiatives meet or exceed defined performance metrics.
  • Oversee daily risk and control activities, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards that safeguard data integrity.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines, drive new initiatives, and implement prescribed changes to data governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to translate strategic objectives into technical deliverables, fostering a culture of partnership and shared success.
  • Mentor junior analysts and peers, providing guidance, knowledge transfer, and support for professional growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, enabling rapid delivery of data‑centric projects.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CDMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Cloudera Certified Associate) are a plus.
