Position Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Business Analysis Manager to join our dynamic Global Reporting team at arenaflex. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with specialized unit finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders, including executive leadership. In this vital leadership role, you'll be responsible for enhancing our consolidated operating margin analyses while mentoring and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative approaches to complex financial analysis challenges

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning
