Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Business Investigation team. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional data initiatives that span both the energy and automotive divisions, applying data science tools and methodologies to automate business processes, enhance decision‑making, and shape strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in every stage of data science projects—from translating complex business problems into analytical tasks to performing data exploration, modeling, and delivering actionable recommendations.

  • Partner with project managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into concrete business value.
  • Apply advanced machine learning, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques to diverse datasets, including structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and interactive reports using modern visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit) to enable self‑service analytics for business users.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to enhance data quality, governance, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, fostering a data‑curious mindset throughout arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning within a business context.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear analytical frameworks and deliver data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to influence and educate stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying ML models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, or natural language processing (NLP).
  • Expertise in SQL and Python, including proficiency with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and PySpark.
  • Experience with at least one data visualization or dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Looker).
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, taking ownership of projects from concept to production.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and project‑management capabilities, with a knack for prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or Redshift.

  • Knowledge of statistical programming languages (R, SAS) and advanced analytics tools (MATLAB, Julia).
  • Certification in data science, machine learning, or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty).
