Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Remote Ticket & Gate Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, guiding them through the ticketing process, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet passengers via phone, chat, or video call, providing a friendly and professional first impression of arenaflex.
  • Assist customers with ticket reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring compliance with airline policies.
  • Guide travelers through the check‑in process, including baggage drop‑off, weight verification, and special handling requirements.
  • Manage gate announcements virtually, informing passengers of boarding times, gate changes, and flight status updates.
  • Coordinate with ground‑handling teams to ensure accurate loading of luggage onto conveyor belts, handling items up to 70 kg safely.
  • Oversee the opening, closing, and securing of aircraft doors, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
