  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal stakeholders, delivering clear communication and personalized assistance.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow optimizations and technology enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Travel up to 10 % of the time for occasional on‑site training sessions, audits, or regional meetings, as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards while handling confidential health information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current pharmacy license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the state where you will be performing duties.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential data, with a strong understanding of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying data anomalies and implementing corrective measures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Flexibility to work non‑standard hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, to support 24/7 pharmacy operations.

  • Experience with pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) systems and insurance verification processes.
  • Familiarity with electronic prescribing platforms and medication therapy management (MTM) tools.
