This position sits at the intersection of data science, business intelligence, and strategic consulting, offering a unique chance to influence high‑visibility decisions for arenaflex’s worldwide portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for a variety of business units, ensuring models reflect the latest market dynamics and media trends.
  • Transform model outputs into clear, concise insights that enable stakeholders to understand historical media impact, identify performance drivers, and forecast future outcomes.
  • Design and deliver compelling analytical dashboards and visualizations that provide consultative guidance to senior partners across marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Construct additional statistical models—including multivariate regressions, hierarchical models, clustering, and time‑series forecasts—to solve complex business problems within arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, validate assumptions, and support hypothesis‑driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, align on objectives, and ensure analytical deliverables meet business needs.
  • Maintain rigorous data quality standards, performing data cleaning, validation, and documentation to guarantee the integrity of all analytical outputs.
  • Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data entry, statistical modeling, and storytelling with data.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques such as multivariate regression, mixed‑effects models, clustering, and time‑series forecasting.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis—preferably R or Python—including experience with libraries such as tidyverse, caret, statsmodels, pandas, and scikit‑learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into executive‑level presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and interpreting Marketing Mix Models or similar media attribution frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced scalability expertise with R or Python, including parallel processing, cloud‑based analytics (AWS, GCP, Azure), and reproducible research workflows.
  • Prior experience in a media agency, advertising firm, or analytics consulting practice, providing exposure to client‑facing projects and fast‑paced environments.
  • Deep knowledge of advertising and media mix modeling concepts, including digital, broadcast, print, and experiential channels.
  • Expertise in advanced statistical methods such as Bayesian inference, hierarchical modeling, and causal impact analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to craft interactive dashboards for senior leadership.

Educational Background

  • Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research.
  • Preferred: Ph.D. or equivalent in one of the above disciplines, demonstrating a deep theoretical foundation and research experience.
