About arenaflex

arenaflex is a global leader in aviation and digital transformation, delivering innovative experiences to millions of travelers every day. With a heritage of safety, reliability, and cutting‑edge technology, arenaflex continuously invests in the platforms that power its customer‑centric operations. One of the most critical tools in our digital ecosystem is the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Customer Data Platform (CDP), which enables real‑time personalization, data‑driven insights, and seamless integration across all touchpoints. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a passionate, technically skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our Atlanta headquarters and help shape the future of data‑driven customer experiences.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s hyper‑connected world, the ability to collect, unify, and activate customer data in real time is a competitive advantage. At arenaflex, the Adobe Experience Platform CDP is the backbone of our personalization engine, loyalty programs, and operational analytics. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the bridge between complex technical solutions and the business teams that rely on them. Your expertise will ensure that the platform runs smoothly, that issues are resolved quickly, and that internal stakeholders are empowered to leverage data responsibly and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: Maintain and monitor the Adobe Experience Platform CDP environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with internal SLAs.
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of CDP components, including data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation services.
  • Technical Support: Provide Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 support for complex platform issues, troubleshoot data anomalies, and coordinate remediation with internal IT and external Adobe support teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Loyalty, IT, Data Science, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and to drive platform enhancements.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Design and deliver training sessions, documentation, and best‑practice guides to enable non‑technical users to effectively use the CDP.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning to anticipate future needs and prevent service disruptions.
  • Innovation Advocacy: Stay current with Adobe roadmap releases, industry trends, and emerging data‑privacy regulations; recommend enhancements that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Incident Management: Lead root‑cause analysis for critical incidents, produce post‑mortem reports, and implement preventive measures.
  • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with Adobe Support and Consulting teams, facilitating escalations and ensuring timely delivery of product updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience managing or supporting a Customer Data Platform, preferably Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Strong technical foundation in data integration, ETL processes, API management, and cloud‑based architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, data integrity problems, and integration failures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Solid analytical mindset; ability to interpret data logs, monitoring dashboards, and error reports to drive actionable insights.
  • Commitment to data privacy and security best practices, with familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and industry‑specific regulations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with complementary CDP solutions such as Salesforce Customer 360, Segment, or Tealium.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform modules beyond CDP, such as Journey Orchestration, Real‑Time Customer Profile, and Data Science Workspace.
  • Project management experience, including Agile or Scrum methodologies, and a history of delivering large‑scale platform implementations.
  • Certifications related to Adobe Experience Platform, AWS, or data governance.
  • Background in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry, with an understanding of customer journey touchpoints and loyalty program mechanics.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to think critically, break down complex problems, and develop systematic solutions under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Customer‑First Mindset: Commitment to delivering exceptional internal service, ensuring that business partners can achieve their objectives with confidence.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactive attitude toward staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Documentation: Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles.
