Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Member Education & Guidance: Clearly explain Medicare plan benefits, coverage options, and eligibility criteria to members, ensuring they fully understand their health care choices.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and technical problems via telephone, chat, or email, maintaining a calm and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Accurately document all member interactions in our secure CRM system, adhering to regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
  • Empathetic Service Delivery: Demonstrate genuine empathy, patience, and active listening, creating a supportive environment that exceeds member expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues, suggest process enhancements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in virtual team meetings, share best practices, and support peers in achieving collective performance goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and member satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Demonstrated ability to convey empathy and compassion in every member interaction.
  • Strong patience and adaptability when handling complex or emotionally charged situations.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, typing, and telephony systems; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; additional education or certifications in customer service or health care is advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely in the PST, CST, or MST time zones.
  • Eligibility to receive a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and a $2,000 retention bonus after 180 days of service (bonuses are not applicable to current internal employees of arenaflex).
