Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will serve as the voice of arenaxflex’s energy services, handling high‑volume inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and proactively offering additional products and services that enhance safety and comfort. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity with a set schedule, no weekend work, and the flexibility to thrive in a distraction‑free home office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from residential and commercial customers on behalf of arenaxflex, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve power outage issues, process payments, set up payment plans, and manage service start‑up or termination requests.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell energy‑related programs such as surge protection, home wiring upgrades, and water‑heater repair services.
  • Maintain detailed and precise records of each interaction in multiple CRM systems while adhering to data‑privacy standards.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to continuously improve call scripts, product knowledge, and service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and coaching calls to stay current on industry regulations, safety protocols, and arenaxflex product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues, product gaps, and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year verifiable experience as an inbound customer service agent, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling or cross‑selling, with measurable results you can discuss during the interview process.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone etiquette and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Technologically adept – comfortable navigating multiple screens, CRM platforms, and data entry tools while maintaining conversation flow.
  • Excellent time‑management and self‑discipline; ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
  • Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $14.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $17 per hour on average when bonuses and commissions are included.
  • Annual Salary Range: $29,120 – $35,000, depending on experience and performance.
