Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring motivated Remote Data Entry Processors to join our dynamic business processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and classifying critical client data while supporting a wide range of document processing tasks. You'll work collaboratively with fellow team members and independently on assigned projects, fielding client inquiries, solving problems, and finding innovative ways to deliver top-tier results.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a consistent weekday schedule — no weekends required. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time (CT), totaling 40 hours per week. All necessary equipment will be provided to successful candidates. Please note that candidates must be based in or near Phoenix, Arizona for this remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing high-accuracy data entry in accordance with strict client specifications and quality standards.
  • Conducting manual identification and sorting of various document types, including MEDI (Medical/Insurance) forms and related records.
  • Classifying documents accurately based on detailed client requirements and established classification procedures.
  • Working on a variety of assigned tasks, including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other related data entry functions as business needs dictate.
  • Following established procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures with a high degree of precision.
  • Receiving close supervision and constructive feedback to continuously improve quality and performance.
  • Demonstrating strong self-guided problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges independently.
  • Complying with all arenaflex company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintaining flexibility to work on different tasks based on shifting business priorities while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Typing Proficiency: Must successfully pass a typing test demonstrating a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of prior work experience in a professional office or similar working environment.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to commit to a full-time, 40+ hour work week, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility for weekend work based on business needs.
  • Technical Skills: Basic PC and internet navigation skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a computer station.
  • Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and stay productive in a remote setting.
  • Teamwork: Ability to effectively collaborate in both individual and team-based work environments.
