Role Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for freelancers and clients navigating our platform. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and champion the needs of our users across multiple communication channels. Your empathy, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly will directly impact user satisfaction and the overall health of the arenaflex marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to chat, email, and phone inquiries, providing accurate information about arenaflex’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist users with account setup, job posting, proposal submission, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
  • Identify, document, and escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership until resolution.

Essential Qualifications
