Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team as an Entry‑Level Data Entry & Program Management Associate. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, innovation‑focused programs that translate early‑stage ideas into tangible product experiences for arenaflex members worldwide. While the title references data entry, the position is a gateway to program management, offering exposure to cross‑functional teams, strategic decision‑making, and the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior program managers in defining, scoping, and prioritizing innovation projects that enhance content discovery, recommendation accuracy, and user engagement.
  • Perform feasibility and effort‑estimation analyses for new feature concepts, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between Product Development (PD) leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders—including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and design teams—to translate high‑level ideas into actionable project plans.
  • Maintain and update program artifacts such as roadmaps, milestone trackers, risk registers, and status dashboards, guaranteeing transparency and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the Product Operations, Engineering, and Innovation teams to synchronize schedules, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities within your portfolio of initiatives that could drive higher member satisfaction or operational efficiency.
  • Support resource planning by tracking headcount, budget allocations, and vendor contracts associated with each program.
  • Prepare concise executive summaries, presentations, and reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Participate in regular retrospectives and post‑mortems to capture learnings and continuously improve program delivery processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a technology‑driven product environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous requirements into clear, manageable work packages.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and securing stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus given the Swiss context.
  • Alignment with arenaflex’s cultural values—curiosity, courage, inclusion, and a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment such as a streaming service, SaaS company, or digital media startup.
  • Background in product development, software engineering, or data analytics that provides a technical foundation for program discussions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including the ability to facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, user research, and data‑driven decision‑making processes.
  • Exposure to budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (CSM, SAFe) is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed execution tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating uncertainty, identifying root causes, and proposing pragmatic solutions.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships across technical, creative, and business teams, fostering a shared sense of purpose.
  • Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time‑management, and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable interpreting metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to inform program decisions.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and new challenges emerge daily.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive storytelling for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Mentorship from senior program managers and product leaders who have built award‑winning streaming experiences.
  • Structured learning pathways covering Agile practices, product strategy, data analytics, and leadership skills.
  • Opportunities to rotate across product, engineering, and data science teams, gaining a holistic view of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
  • Participation in internal hackathons, innovation labs, and community‑driven initiatives that encourage creative problem‑solving.
  • A clear promotion track—from associate to senior program manager, and eventually to director‑level roles—based on performance and impact.
