Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and productionize machine learning models that power ranking and relevance for job search results, moving concepts from prototype to large‑scale deployment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer in a production environment.
  • Modeling Expertise: Proven track record of training, fine‑tuning, and evaluating large‑scale machine learning models, particularly deep learning architectures.
  • Technical Skills: Hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of recommendation systems and ranking algorithms, with a focus on relevance and personalization.

Preferred Qualifications
