You will be responsible for inputting patient information, insurance details, billing data, and other critical records while maintaining a high level of accuracy (99.5% or above).
  • Data Verification and Validation: Review incoming data for authenticity, completeness, and correctness. Verify that all information meets arenaflex quality standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and flag any discrepancies or anomalies for further review by the quality assurance team.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date records of all data entries. Ensure proper documentation protocols are followed for auditing purposes and regulatory compliance. Create and maintain digital folders, logs, and reports as required.
  • Quality Assurance and Error Correction: Conduct regular quality checks on entered data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies. Implement best practices for error prevention and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including billing, customer service, and clinical operations to gather necessary information and ensure seamless data flow. Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and provide support as needed.

Essential Qualifications
