POSITION SUMMARY: The Draw Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to the Architecture and Construction teams as well as the Construction Accounting team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborates with internal Construction, Architecture, and Accounting teams to prepare and submit draw documents. Facilitates communication with lenders, title companies, general contractors, and other external stakeholders. Collects and manages monthly subcontractor or consultant billings and general conditions invoices. Reviews pay applications for accuracy and completeness. Organizes and maintains files and reports to ensure efficient access and management. Enters payables into the Yardi system for project-related expenditures. Coordinates with Accounting to record and reconcile funded draws. Handles various special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree 2 or more years of construction or title company experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers in all aspects with the ability to navigate file structures efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently to complete goals Ability to understand contract documents PAY: $58,000/year + 5% bonus eligibility About Us: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
