Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: AI Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, ensuring a clear vision for integrating advanced AI technologies into the product suite. Align the roadmap with business objectives to drive strategic innovation and measurable impact. Feature Definition and Prioritization: Identify, define, and prioritize AI-driven features based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and technical feasibility. Work with cross-functional teams to refine these features into detailed, actionable plans. Zero-to-One Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of new AI products, from ideation and rapid prototyping to scaling and market launch, with a focus on delivering transformative value and achievingproduct-market fit. Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Partner with engineering in the development and validation of AI PoCs to test new ideas, ensuring feasibility and impact before scaling. AI Prototyping: Independently create basic prototypes and mock-ups using tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, or low-code platforms to explore AI concepts, validate ideas, and communicate potential solutions to stakeholders and technical teams. Execution and Delivery: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and improvements that have been selected for general availability. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development process. Data-Driven Insights: Partner with Data and Engineering teams to leverage data for building intelligent features, actionable insights, and predictive analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functionally with leaders within Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops., InfoSec., Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, participating in the Go -To-Market (GTM) process to effectively communicate AI capabilities and drive customer adoption. Customer Research: Conduct regular customer conversations to understand pain points and identify opportunities for AI to deliver value. Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for AI features and monitor their impact. Use data insights to iterate on AI strategies and improve outcomes. Ensure growth, retention and customer experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on AI products or data-driven features. Proven track record of delivering AI-based solutions in SaaS environments. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and their applications in NLP, data analysis, and automation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex AI concepts into customer-friendly language.
