Our parent organization has been a trusted force in the industry for over 15 years. Over that time, a massive 30% of our entire clientele has naturally grown into commercial and industrial buyers—historically built entirely from hands-off, passive inbound sales inquiries. Heat Treat Now is the specialized sister company specifically created to fiercely expand, nurture, and dominate that massive commercial and industrial customer segment. We have the logistics, the industry reputation, and the manufacturer relationships down to a science. Now, we need the founding Outbound Sales Specialist to build and capture the business. At the onset you will be handed immediate, unprecedented leverage: direct access to this 15-year warm database of pre-existing corporate and institutional buyers who already know, like, and trust our brand. Your job is to systematically mine this goldmine, cultivate the accounts, identify opportunities, follow their sales cycles, quote and close high-ticket, high-margin contracts. You will also be expected to identify new business prospects, quote, and close. We have an incredible operational support team handling fulfillment, tech specs, and logistics—your sole mandate is to hunt, configure, and close. What We Are Offering: 💼

  • Base Salary: $50,000 base salary.

  • Tier 2: 7% commission on every single dollar generated above $1,000,000.

  • The Bilingual Communicator: You can seamlessly shift languages. You can speak deeply technical "Engineerspeak" with an aerospace metallurgist, talk compliance and lead times with a corporate Procurement Officer, and swap shop talk with an end-user machinist or plant technician.
  • Technical Sales Acumen: You aren't intimidated by phase configurations, voltage requirements (240V vs 480V 3-Phase), or industry compliance standards. You can read a spec sheet and confidently recommend a thermal solution.
  • The High-Performance Mindset: You aren't expecting a $250k corporate package on Day 1 for doing maintenance work. You want a fair runway, elite benefits, and a massive, uncapped percentage-based upside that pays you like an executive as you scale the revenue.
  • Fierce Outbound Discipline: You love the hunt. You know how to map accounts, leverage a CRM, build email sequences, and follow up relentlessly until a quote turns into an invoice.

Core Responsibilities 🛠️

  • Audit and systematically map out our warm parent-company database to identify repeat high-ticket corporate buyers.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: handle inbound Request-for-Quotes (RFQs) over $3,500, follow up on cold/warm outbound opportunities, configure quotes, and secure Purchase Orders.
  • Build multi-unit pipeline deals with universities, defense labs, and industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Partner directly with our specialized digital marketing agency to coordinate highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Maintain clean CRM data to track your deal velocity and accurately forecast monthly performance.
