Key Responsibilities

  • Data Intake & Requirements Gathering: Receive and interpret data requests, clarifying date ranges, metric definitions, and end‑user objectives.
  • Data Validation & Reconciliation: Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the highest level of accuracy for all reports.
  • Custom Report Development: Design and build tailored analytics solutions for HR, finance, and operational teams using Workday and other enterprise tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, subject‑matter experts, and business leaders to refine reporting requirements and improve system functionality.
  • System Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of new reports and data pipelines, confirming successful implementation before release.
  • Data Governance & Security: Enforce data privacy standards, apply appropriate access controls, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot escalated data problems, providing clear explanations and corrective actions.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Develop scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Demonstrated interest in data analysis, reporting, or related analytical roles.
