Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound requests via phone, chat, email, and ticketing queues, delivering courteous and professional service.
  • Accurately record, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in accordance with arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of technical issues, including Windows client problems, Outlook configuration, Office suite glitches, and browser incompatibilities.
  • Escalate complex or non‑standard incidents to downstream support groups, ensuring clear documentation and timely hand‑off.
  • Initiate escalation processes when required, following arenaflex’s escalation matrix to keep customers informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborate with teammates through the Group Chat Application, sharing knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a help‑desk or technical support role (preferred).
