Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a self‑motivated, results‑driven Remote Customer Service Representative to become the front‑line voice of our brand. This full‑time, evening‑shift role (Monday‑Friday, 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm ET) also includes a rotating on‑call weekend day each month. Working from the comfort of your home, you will verify service orders, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that every arenaflex client receives accurate, timely, and courteous support.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, track, and follow up on customer service change requests, ensuring that all data entered into the customer master file is precise and up‑to‑date.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Field Operations, and Technical Support—to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing call‑center methods and systems, recommending enhancements that boost accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
