Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Identification & Outreach: Support the recruiting function by locating, profiling, and initiating contact with potential candidates across multiple job portals, professional networks, and niche talent communities.
  • Process Innovation: Propose and pilot new sourcing methodologies, tools, and workflows that increase efficiency and improve the quality of candidate pipelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing talent acquisition processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend actionable enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Job Posting Management: Create, publish, and maintain job notices on a variety of platforms, ensuring that each posting is optimized for visibility and relevance.
  • Candidate Screening: Review incoming applications, conduct preliminary assessments, and flag high‑potential profiles for deeper evaluation by senior recruiters.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Accurately enter, update, and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), guaranteeing that all information is current, complete, and compliant with privacy standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and hiring timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proactivity and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error‑free data entry and documentation.
  • Minimum of 1 + year of relevant work experience in data entry, talent sourcing, or a related administrative role (experience is a plus, not a strict requirement).
