  • Provide courteous, patient‑centric service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and guiding customers to appropriate over‑the‑counter products.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining optimal stock levels of prescription and OTC items.
  • Document and report any prescription errors or adverse events promptly to the supervising pharmacist, following arenaflex’s quality‑control protocols.

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, technology adoption, and customer‑experience enhancements during team meetings.
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager, such as preparing reports, updating standard operating procedures, and assisting with training new hires.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (required for all U.S. locations, including Puerto Rico).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a post‑secondary program in a health‑related field is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate medication counting, measuring, and dosage calculations.

  • Certification or enrollment in a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) program, or a willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex’s apprenticeship pathway.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
