As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager based in Ecuador, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the 3P (third‑party) seller ecosystem in the United States. You will identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them onto our platform, and help them thrive through data‑rich insights, best‑practice guidance, and strategic partnership. Your work directly influences the diversity of products available to shoppers, the competitiveness of pricing, and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to understand segment trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics across the U.S. e‑commerce landscape.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑value sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, aiming to grow the seller base by at least 15 % each quarter.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, providing hands‑on training on product listing, pricing strategy, fulfillment options, and performance metrics.
  • Data‑Driven Advisory: Leverage Excel, internal analytics tools, and market data to deliver actionable insights that help sellers optimize inventory, improve conversion rates, and meet delivery expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Legal, and Customer Support—to resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, order defect rate, and customer satisfaction, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Assist in the development and execution of go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract marquee brands and niche manufacturers to our platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to refine onboarding workflows, data entry processes, and seller communication templates to increase scalability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex economic data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Self‑starter attitude, comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments while juggling multiple priorities.
