Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and resourceful Customer Care Specialist – Remote Guest Experience & Event Hospitality Concierge to join our growing Customer Experience department. This role is the essence of our client relationships and serves as the vital human connection between arenaflex and the travelers, event attendees, and hospitality guests we serve every single day. Your mission will be to infuse every interaction with care, professionalism, and that personalized touch that distinguishes arenaflex from ordinary service providers.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients across multiple time zones and destinations. Whether you are assisting a couple planning a milestone anniversary trip, supporting a corporate client organizing a destination event, or helping a family navigate a complex itinerary change, your role will be central to the satisfaction, loyalty, and enthusiasm of our valued clientele. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Premier Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels with an unwavering commitment to client happiness, satisfaction, and emotional well-being.   • Manage Reservations, Adjustments, and Special Requests: Handle booking modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and unique special requests with meticulous attention to detail and genuine empathy.   • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Reservations, Operations, Event Coordination, and Account Management to ensure a cohesive, seamless service experience and timely resolution of client inquiries.   • Feedback Collection and Analysis: Proactively collect, document, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, recurring themes, and opportunities for service enhancement.   • Comprehensive Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized records of all customer engagements, transactions, feedback, and follow-up actions within our customer relationship management systems. Essential Qualifications and Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: A degree in hospitality, tourism, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience gained through professional work in customer-facing environments.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in customer service positions, with a strong preference for candidates who bring backgrounds in the travel, tourism, events, or hospitality sectors. Experience in luxury or premium service environments is highly valued.
