About the Role

This is a remote position with training, mentorship, and a structured onboarding process designed to help the right people gain traction quickly. Whether you come from sales, athletics, leadership, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’re primarily looking for individuals who are coachable, competitive, and willing to grow. What You’ll Do
- Meet virtually with clients to review financial protection options
- Help families evaluate life insurance and related financial strategies
- Follow a proven system and structured sales process
- Manage your schedule and pipeline remotely
- Participate in training, mentorship, and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Leadership, athletic, sales, or customer service background is a plus
- Must be located in the United States
