Account Executive
Fathom, part of The Access Group, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The role involves engaging with new trial users, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring a positive customer experience as they transition to paid subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new trial users and prospects, understanding their goals and showing how Fathom can support their business and progress them towards a paid subscription
- Guide trial users through onboarding, follow-ups and re-engagement, helping them move smoothly from trial to paid subscription and into Account Management when they’re ready
- Share practical advice, training and best practices so customers feel confident using Fathom day to day and know where to go for ongoing support
- Work closely with Marketing and global teams to support webinars, customer content and activities that improve engagement, adoption and overall customer experience
Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer success or support
- Confidence explaining software products in a clear, simple way to non-technical users
- An interest in accounting, finance or how businesses use data to make better decisions
- Experience keeping customer records and sales activity up to date in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, with a structured and organized approach to follow-ups and pipeline management
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future, is required for this opportunity
