Role Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day

In this hybrid data‑entry and customer‑service role, you will be the backbone of our virtual design operations. You’ll manage the flow of information between customers, designers, and suppliers, guaranteeing that every detail—budget, style preference, room dimensions, and product selections—is recorded flawlessly. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy & Management: Enter, verify, and maintain project data in our CRM (Salesforce) and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Project Coordination: Track the progress of each design project, updating status, milestones, and deliverables to keep designers and customers aligned.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and change requests via email, chat, or phone, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Team Enablement: Support a distributed team of virtual design consultants by providing them with up‑to‑date project information, resources, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlene‑points in data flow, propose enhancements to workflows, and help implement new tools that increase efficiency.

Essential Qualifications
