Key Responsibilities

The Data Entry Operator role is pivotal to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of arenaflex’s client information systems. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and updating spreadsheets that track client demographics, service utilization, and program outcomes.
  • Transcribing text‑based and numerical data from paper forms, electronic submissions, and verbal reports into the central database.
  • Providing clear, courteous information to clients and stakeholders in person, via telephone, and through email correspondence.
  • Offering occasional administrative support such as filing, scanning, and preparing reports for senior staff.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of entered data to identify and correct deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors.
  • Typing data quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy, meeting daily and weekly productivity targets.
  • Assisting with special projects, data audits, and process‑improvement initiatives as assigned by the manager.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following core qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar clerical position, preferably within a nonprofit or social‑service setting.
  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent level of education.
